Adam has been selected as Employee of the Month for July in recognition of his outstanding contributions and positive impact on our team. Adam is a quick learner who is always willing to step in and help in every aspect of our workplace culture. He consistently demonstrates resilience, maintaining a calm and level-headed approach while overcoming challenges. His professionalism, dedication, and supportive nature make him a valuable asset to our organization.
Top three reasons why I love working at Cedar Lake Cellars:
- The people I work with are such a fun energetic group, it makes the days I work fly by and also makes it easy to come to work. I really get the feeling of being with a family rather than coworkers.
- Working in the Events department I get to interact with guests and be a part of their special events and can ensure that their experience is amazing.
- Everyday I learn something new, I love to learn and better myself and Cedar Lake Cellars allow me to do so.
Favorite Cedar Lake Cellars Wine:
My favorite wine started as Moscato, but since working here I have switched over to Pink Sunset being my favorite.
Favorite Winery Memory:
I would have to say that working my first wedding was just a great experience, the initial feeling of knowing that the work the staff and I did, setting everything up, made someone’s big day everything they wanted. There is so much satisfaction in knowing that I have the ability to see something transform from ideas and paper to an actual event.
Most Impressive Hidden Talent:
I really don’t have any hidden talents but an interesting fact is that I was born with a double uvula.
