Cedar Lake Cellars (CLC) is looking for individuals to join our Team as an Events Coordinator. Individuals in this position should take initiave, work with a sense of urgency, and be a creative problem solver who thinks outside the box. Events Coordinators are responsible for meeting with potential clients, selling and managing events. An ability to work well independently and on a team is essential.
Cedar Lake Cellars (CLC) is looking for individuals to join our Winery Team as a Wine Tender. Wine Tenders are responsible for selling wine, beverages and food to guests, so knowledge of our menus is essential. Wine Tenders should possess a positive, cheerful attitude and build rapport with guests. Thus encouraging them to return for future dining and event experiences. An ability to work well under pressure and on a team is necessary.
Wine Tender must be 21 years of age and older to sell and distribute alcohol. A high school diploma or equivalent, and 1 year of experience in the Food and Beverage Industry is required. Formal wine training and Serve Safe Certification are preferred.
Cedar Lake Cellars (CLC) is looking for individuals to join our Culinary Team as Line Cooks / Prep Cooks. Cooks are responsible for assisting with the preparations and operations of lunch and dinner service in the winery, as well as event buffets and plated dinner service for the events department. An ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and on a team is essential. Individuals in this position should have good communication skills, listen well to directions and be able to successfully complete a task list. Adherence to proper food handling protocols, recipes and service standards are necessary.
A high school diploma or equivalent is needed. At least 1 year of experience in the Food and Beverage Industry is required and Serve Safe Certification is preferred. Professional culinary schooling and experience in the events industry are advantages.
Cedar Lake Cellars (CLC) is looking for individuals to join our Culinary Team as Dishwashers. Individuals in this position should work with a sense of urgency and do well in a fast-paced environment. Dishwashers are responsible for utilizing proper food handling protocols while helping maintain a clean and organized kitchen. An ability to work well independently and on a team is essential.
Cedar Lake Cellars (CLC) is looking for individuals to join our team as Guest Service Agents. Guest Service Agents work on a variety of tasks around the winery (both indoors and outdoors) to help ensure everything runs smoothly. Thus, an ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment is a must. Those in this position should be able to work well both independently and on a team.
Cedar Lake Cellars (CLC) is looking for individuals to join our Winery Team as Hosts / Hostesses. Hosts / Hostesses should possess a positive, upbeat attitude as they are the first impression guests get when they enter CLC. Knowledge of our menus, venues, events, company, history, etc. are essential for answering guests’ questions. An ability to multi-task and work in a face-paced environment is a must, especially during our busy seasons.
