He later crafted a wine tasting bar and restaurant and, from there, the rest is history. Cedar Lake Cellars is a true reflection of Carl’s entrepreneurialism and love of nature.

He has over 15 years of fine-dining management in the St. Louis area and is also a Member of the Court of Master Sommeliers. He aims to continue the development of Cedar Lake Cellars as a food, wine, and service destination in this fast-growing community. Charlie notes that, “Cedar Lake Cellars has an exceptional commitment to quality, which I intend on utilizing as our ever-moving goal-line.” In Charlie’s free time, he’s an avid sports fanatic and billiards player who enjoys nothing more than time with his family.
