ELIGIBILITY
The Cedar Lake Cellars Meet & Greet Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States. Employees of Cedar Lake Cellars, its affiliated companies, and members of their immediate households are not eligible to enter.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on Tuesday, 8/11 at 6:00 p.m. and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on Sunday, 8/16(“Giveaway Period”). Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.

HOW TO ENTER
There are two ways to enter during the Giveaway Period:

1. Ticket Purchase: Purchase a ticket to Vincent Mason & Avery Anna through the official Cedar Lake Cellars ticketing page here during the Giveaway Period. Each eligible purchaser will automatically receive one (1) entry.

2. Free Entry: No purchase is necessary. To enter without purchasing a ticket, complete the free giveaway entry form here during the Giveaway Period, including your name, email address and any other required information.

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Purchasing multiple tickets does not increase your chances of winning.

PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive:
• One (1) $50 Cedar Lake Cellars gift card.
• Two (2) Meet & Greet Passes with Vincent Mason and Avery Anna at Cedar Lake Cellars on August 22, 2026

The Meet & Greet does not include admission to the event unless expressly stated. Winner is responsible for having a valid event ticket if admission is required.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Meet & Greet timing, availability and participation are subject to artist schedules and circumstances beyond Cedar Lake Cellars’ control. If the Meet & Greet is canceled or unavailable, Cedar Lake Cellars may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

WINNER AND SELECTION NOTIFICATION
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received through both entry methods.

The winner will be contacted using the email address and/or phone number provided with their entry. The winner must respond within 24 HOURS of notification. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required timeframe, or is otherwise ineligible, another winner may be selected.

ODDS
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Cedar Lake Cellars, which are final regarding this Giveaway.

Cedar Lake Cellars reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the administration, security or fairness of the promotion.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Cedar Lake Cellars and its affiliates are not responsible for injuries, losses or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
