Why Luke was selected as this month’s “Employee of the Month”:
Luke really takes the initiative during weddings and special celebrations to make sure we put on a memorable event for each client. He has such an exceptional attitude and always has a smile on his face. He not only works as an Events Lead, but he also is our Head Event Trainer for incoming staff who work events. He handles the orientation and training necessary to arrive at their first event ready to go! We are lucky to have such a dedicated team member as part of our winery family.
