A mix of local cheeses and fresh sausages served with fresh fruit, and balsamic reduction along with a mixture of classic flatbreads

Field greens, tomato, and parmesan with our house made balsamic dressing

Prosciutto-Wrapped Roasted Red Pepper and Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken
Served with a side of truffle mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables
Herb Encrusted Prime Rib
Served with a side of herb-roasted potatoes and asparagus

Served with horseradish sauce and a side of rice and broccolini

Each reservation is for a two hour time slot. There will not be regular dinner service in the winery Feb. 12th through 14th.
