Bring your friends and watch the Kentucky Derby on The Barrel Room’s big screen while enjoying photo ops, Clydesdales, and more! Mint julep wine slushies, wine, beer, and delicious food will be available for purchase. Dress to impress – there will be a derby hat contest!
Enjoy a wide variety of Missouri wines, California wines, and wines from around the world – plus ask for one of our signature wine slushies! We also serve craft and domestic beer, as well as a mixed drink menu.

There will be a variety of food options available for purchase, including Sugarfire Smokehouse. Menu items include pulled pork, chicken and brisket sandwiches, flatbread pizzas, salads and more!

Starting at 10 a.m., guests can check in at the front entrance of The Barrel Room.
All seating is first come, first served – we do not accept reservations during the event.
We offer an array of amazing food and beverage options throughout the winery. Treat yourself to a day of fun and relaxation by leaving your own at home and enjoying ours. Outside food, drink and coolers are not allowed.

We do not offer refunds to our event.
The health of our community and staff is of the utmost importance to us. At this point, we are continuing to plan for this event which is scheduled this September. Currently, there is not an order in place by government officials that closes our facility in September and we fully intend on proceeding with our event. We have over 400 acres of land at Cedar Lake Cellars and will continue to strategically plan our event to proactively ensure safety as well as adhere to the recommendations made by officials. If a new order is put in place that directly affects our business and event, your tickets will be refunded.
This is a rain or shine event (that means we party – and drink – no matter what Mother Nature throws our way).
